Over the past 18 years, I've sat in various seats, at the same table. I have been the Designer, the Workplace Analyst, the Owner's PM on tenant improvement projects, the Furniture Dealer's PM to manage furniture logistics and installation on a national scale, and the Furniture Manufacturer's PM to oversee and improve performance across project teams.
